High performance is the key to any business, and as a Marketing Coordinator, you would play a vital role in helping with the day to day marketing of our business. You will be responsible for helping enhance the company’s performance including increasing sales and enhancing their brand image

Responsibilities:

  • Being and out of the box thinker
  • Trend setter
  • Provide input to the preparation of marketing plans and strategies
  • Oversee and manage social media activities
  • Maintain marketing materials on websites and in print
  • Assist with newsletters and communications
  • Research market conditions and perform thorough analysis to support strategy
  • Design, execute and report on marketing campaigns and promotional events
  • Manage bookings for events and promotions
  • Create proposal templates for sales dept.
  • Design PowerPoint presentations
  • Responsible for registration, ordering and payment of all equipment, furnishing & marketing materials for industry Tradeshows
  • Assisted in the creation and administration of sales programs and promotions
  • Work with printers, magazines, and merchandise suppliers
  • Lead special initiatives from time to time where required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in marketing would be an asset
  • At least 1 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or design role in the service industry (we design, sell, install and maintain our systems)
  • Outstanding planning skills and an ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and communication skills
  • An ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handle stressful situations, deal intuitively with situations and work with minimal direction/supervision
  • Excellent computer skills including graphic and website design experience and the Microsoft Office suite of programs
