Accomplished Enterprise Security Sales Representative - Ontario and Beyond (2 Positions) Job description If you are looking to join a fast-growing company that cares about its clients then, Colossus is the place for you! The dry part: The successful individual in this role will be able to discuss business strategies, you will understand and explain complex technical security solutions. In the last 5+ years you have proven success in selling enterprise security and quota achievement. The Account Manager - Enterprise (AME) must coordinate and leverage multiple functions across Colossus Security yet remain personally accountable for everything related to their customers. Success is measured by the total penetration of Colossus Security and customer feedback. The AME must be cognizant of the dynamics within the market served and understand the client’s security requirements. The AME will instill in the client a clear understanding of our value proposition and offer systems and services to meet the client’s needs. Have what it takes?

  • Coordinate bid/proposal kick off to agree on solution approach, key win themes, SMEs to contribute, timing/deadlines

Colossus Security Inc Background Information: Security has changed, it is no longer just wearing hardhats, and getting dirty in factories pulling cable. Today a Security Technician is also highly skilled in computer software platforms, networks, and low voltage electrical equipment, generally in office buildings, retail spaces, and new construction. You will be installing & servicing, and trained as necessary to support the installation of security hardware and solutions to protect our client’s employees and assets. With this position there is a real sense of pride, and you will leave a lasting impact to clients, you will be able to feel this as you drive through the city and take note of the buildings you pass are protected, and the people inside are safe because of you, the unsung hero. Compensation is dependent on skill level, certifications and overall professionalism and efficiency with the ability to grow with you. In addition, we provide Vacation, Benefits, Sick Days, Flexible Hours, Training and overtime if required. We serve our clients across North America; however, this role is based out of our Mississauga head office location and typically will be contained to an average of 100km from our office. Travel may be requested from time to time and should not exceed 10% in most cases. Responsibilities:
  • Install Access Control, CCTV, BA, Intercoms and other integrated devices
  • Terminate and commission systems per company standards
  • Constantly meet strict timelines and ensure jobs are completed on time

Qualifications:

  • Working Knowledge of either Genetec, LenelS2, Avigilon, Alarm.com, ProWatch Access Control Systems, and
  • Working knowledge of Genetec, Avigilon, OpenEye, MaxPro VMS’s or similar, OR
  • ULC Fire Panel Installation/Inspection experience and BA installations (using BOSCH, DSC)
  • Solid understanding of IP networks and networking
  • Familiarity installing and troubleshooting electrified door hardware, and/or ADO’s
  • Knowledge of other ACS, VMS, CCTV, BA platforms is a plus
  • Excellent verbal skills in English
  • Takes initiative, works independently or as part of a team
  Candidate’s must have a clean driving record and provide an abstract. Company vehicle, fuel card, company branded shirts & jacket, laptop, and cell phone will be provided, as well as any required major tools and yearly allowance for PPE.
