Responsibilities:
- Install Access Control Systems, CCTV, Burglar Alarms (BA), Intercoms, and other integrated devices.
- Terminate and commission systems to meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair company-supported systems.
- Interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Account Managers, General Contractors, and clients.
- Provide remote phone support to fellow technicians when needed.
- Adhere to all company standards, including installation, health and safety, and driving protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with enterprise clients and integrated system solutions.
- Familiarity with Access Control platforms like Genetec, LenelS2, Avigilon, Alarm.com, Brivo, CCure and ProWatch.
- Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) such as Genetec, Exacq, Avigilon, OpenEye, and EagleEye
- ULC Fire Panel installation and inspection experience is a plus.
- Background in Burglar Alarm (BA) systems (e.g., BOSCH, DSC).
- Solid knowledge of IP networks and networking principles.
- Expertise in installing and troubleshooting electrified door hardware and automatic door operators (ADO).
- Familiarity with additional ACS, VMS, CCTV, or BA platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The dry part: The successful individual in this role will be able to discuss business strategies, you will understand and explain complex technical security solutions. In the last 5+ years you have proven success in selling enterprise security and quota achievement. The Enterprise Security Sales Representative must coordinate and leverage multiple functions across Colossus Security yet remain personally accountable for everything related to their customers. Success is measured by the total penetration of Colossus Security and customer feedback. The Enterprise Security Sales Representative must be cognizant of the dynamics within the market served and understand the client’s security requirements. The Enterprise Security Sales Representative will instill in the client a clear understanding of our value proposition and offer systems and services to meet the client’s needs. - I can read and understand drawings, but I still won't upload them for new sales just to see the Techs go a little crazy
- I can clearly communicate what tools I need, I understand somethings take time, but above all else I sell.
- Ya, I hate CRM's but I understand why we need to use them, and I do.
- I already have the reps number, or I know where to get it.
